Senator Cory Booker (D- New Jersey) has introduced a bill that would establish a race based land redistribution system by 2022. Booker - along with co-sponsors Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) - announced the Justice for Black Farmers Act last Thursday.
